• Link renting — effective if you are creative
• Interlinking many small sites to gain popularity — easy to leave footprints unless it is done well
• Keyword stuffing and hiding text either on or off the page — not effective unless intent looks legitimate
• Cloaking — effective until they catch it
• Automated content generation — depends on intent
• Cross site scripting errors — effective short term, but usually solved quickly.

White Hat Technique:

All above describe method not to used in our website is white hat technique.
(1)Search engine refer white hat techique.so your site listed in search engine ranking lately but definate come in search engine.because SE require some time to trust on your website.
but if you used black hat technique your site listed in short period in SE result. but afterwords it disappear in SE result page.
